After graduating with a BA in Film and Drama, I combined my love of film with my passion for art and gained a Masters in Design for Film.
Since then I have worked on some award-winning movies with world-class directors such as Ridley Scott, Alfonso Cuaron and Shane Meadows.
A dream came true when I was hired to work at Jim Henson’s Creature shop, like Walt Disney, he is a constant source of inspiration.
I started to write my own ideas for shows and secured an agent with the renowned Hollywood agency The Gotham Group. Since then I have had four original concepts for television series optioned by production companies.

I moved from art direction to developing and have been a development producer for BBC Children’s In-house productions creating slates of new content across multiple platforms. I also worked closely with award-winning chef Jamie Oliver to develop a new slate of content for his production company.

My art direction and development background helps to enrich my writing and I have lots of experience writing storylines, books, scripts and decks for clients internationally, such as BBC, Nickelodeon and Spinmaster as well as for interactive children’s toys, stories, games and apps.

Some amazingly talented producers that I have had the pleasure of working with, including Robin Lyons (Superted, Hilltop Hospital, Igam Oggum),Joan Lofts (Peppa Pig, Lost and found) and Estelle Hughes (Thunderbirds are Go).

I enjoy all aspects of the creative process from visual and story development to format creation and scriptwriting. I continue to develop my own ideas as well as collaborate with others on developing their projects and helping them to succeed.
